The Times-Union Center For The Performing Arts is comprised of three disitnct halls: the Jim & Jan Moran Theater, the Jachoby Symphony Hall, and the Terry Theater. It was origianlly eretced as the Civic Auditorium in 19622 and underwrent a major renovation and consturction in 1996. It is also the home of the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, founded in 1949.
